Grassfed Tri Tip

Tri tip is a tender, small, triangular roast from the sirloin section. Tri tip is very popular cut on the West Coast, used primarily as steak tips. It has a tighter muscle structure than the tip on the East Coast, so it does better with a dry rub rather than a marinade. Grassfed from Jordan Farm in Dartmouth, MA.
