Sell with Us

Coastal Foodshed works with more than 80 local farms and food producers across the Southcoast.

We will source, purchase, transport, and distribute your food to additional markets,  so you can focus on growing your operation. If you grow food, raise animals, or make locally produced food products, there is a place for you in our network.

We purchase all products at fair market rates and then sell your products through retail and wholesale channels.

Retail Markets

We sell your food directly to customers through our retail store, The Foodshed where customers can shop in-person and online four days a week, year-round. As a HIP-eligible vendor under the Commonwealth’s Healthy Incentives Program, we are able to reach hundreds of SNAP customers every month, connecting them with farm fresh produce.

Through our HIP Delivery Program, we move 150-200 bags of local food on a weekly basis directly to SNAP customers in partnership with 40+ community organizations, reaching an average of 550 SNAP customers every month who otherwise would not be able to access farm fresh foods due to transportation and/or mobility challenges.

“We are thrilled that our vegetables are finding their way to families in need of nutritious foods.”

Wholesale

Coastal Foodshed purchases local food wholesale from farm and maker partners and sells it through our many programs. As a wholesale partner, your job is to grow or make it, label it, and arrange delivery or pickup. We handle the rest.

Wholesale is a good fit for farms and producers who want to move larger volumes without managing their own retail presence.

To learn more or start a conversation about wholesale, contact us at localfood@coastalfoodshed.org.

Not sure which option is right for you?
