St Ours Crab Broth is made from European green crabs, harvested from Massachusetts waters. This rich and flavorful crab broth is all-natural, slow simmered then dried into a convenient powder. It is the perfect seafood base or seasoning for chowders, soups, rice & pastas dishes, ramens, crab cakes, and even vodka drinks like the crab martini.

There are 4 packets of Crab Broth powder, each packet yields 8 ounces for a total of 4 cups of Crab Broth.
