Fruit Simple Syrup:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fruit
- Juice of one lemon

Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Strain the syrup and refrigerate for up to one week. Store in a glass jar or bottle.
- Combine to taste with soda, seltzer or mineral water to make a “Fruit Soda”
- This recipe makes enough syrup for about 16 cocktails with or without alcohol.
- Garnish with more fruit, lime or any of the citrus fruits. Enjoy!
