Strawberry Fruit Soda Drinks

Fruit Simple Syrup: 

  • 2 cups water 
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1 cup fruit 
  • Juice of one lemon

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine all the ingredients. 
  2. Stir occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Strain the syrup and refrigerate for up to one week. Store in a glass jar or bottle.
  4. Combine to taste with soda, seltzer or mineral water to make a “Fruit Soda”
  5. This recipe makes enough syrup for about 16 cocktails with or without alcohol.
  6. Garnish with more fruitlime or any of the citrus fruits. Enjoy!
