In June 2018, we will be piloting a pop-up farm stand at Pacheco and Gomes Elementary schools in New Bedford to provide fresh, local vegetables in a neighborhood where residents can’t easily access one of our three farmers markets. We have plans to add more sites throughout the city to reach a greater number of residents directly with potential to transition into a mobile farmers market.
